All new families applying for Grades 1–5 for the 2026–2027 program year must complete a waitlist application.
Waitlist/Enrollment Application 2026/27

Submitting a waitlist application does not guarantee enrollment. If space becomes available, children on the waitlist will be offered enrollment in accordance with Countryside Children’s Center’s priority guidelines. If CCC has availability after the priority registration period, you will be notified after June 1st.
