CCC is excited to announce this year's Adventure Club agenda! The Older Kids (4th and 5th graders) will participate in monthly trips via Doherty's Bus Line for unique enrichment opportunities. These trips offer hands-on learning experiences and fun! So that you know, the following field trips will need your approval and signature. All trips will depart at 1:00 pm and return by 5:30 pm. Please sign and return all field trip permission slips. CCC will cover all expenses.

Boston Children’s Museum – 308 Congress St, Boston, MA 02210 Wednesday, November 20, 2024 

Can students design a building that can withstand an earthquake? This engaging program combines financial literacy and engineering, allowing students to spend a budget to create an earthquake-resistant structure. There will also be time to explore the museum’s exhibits. 

PINZ - 110 South Main Street, Milford, MA 

Wednesday, December 18, 2024 

PINZ provides an excellent bowling experience suitable for all ages and skill levels. Students can look forward to a fun-filled bowling session featuring lights, music, food, and drinks while enjoying some friendly competition.

Along with over 700 interactive exhibits, the museum features several live presentations throughout the building daily. We will also be visiting the Charles Hayden Planetarium.

Students will collaborate in one of three escape rooms. Following their success, they will be treated to pizza and drinks.

We’re going to the movies! We’ll travel to our local movie complex and take in a flick, with popcorn and drinks! (The specific movie is TBD) 

Purgatory Chasm State Park – Purgatory Chasm State Reservation, Sutton, MA

The kids had so much fun last year. We are returning to Purgatory Chasm for a fun walk through mixed forests and crazy rock formations. Exciting hiking for kids and adults, dynamic and fun. Yummy snacks taste better after a hike!!
